FAQs for veterinarians

  • You can refer a wide range of oncology cases, including but not limited to:

    • Suspected or confirmed cancers (e.g., lymphoma, mast cell tumors, osteosarcoma)

    • Post-surgical oncology management

    • Chemotherapy planning and monitoring

    • Palliative care options for advanced cancers

  • To submit a case, simply choose your location, fill out the consultation form, providing detailed patient history, diagnostic results, and any relevant images or reports. Once submitted, I will review the information and get back to you with a detailed plan within two business days.

  • Please include the following information:

    • Patient history and signalment (age, breed, sex)

    • Clinical examination findings

    • Diagnostic test results (e.g., blood work, imaging, cytology/histopathology reports)

    • Current treatment and medications

    • Specific questions or concerns you have about the case

  • I aim to respond within 2 business days. For urgent cases, please indicate the urgency, and I will attempt to prioritise those accordingly.

  • A multi-consult monthly subscription allows vets to pay for a package of 3 or 5 consultations per month. This subscription includes all follow-up advice, chemotherapy protocols, and handouts at no extra cost.

If you do not utilise all 3 or 5 consultations within the month, the unused consultations do not carry over to the next month, and you do not receive a refund for the unused consultations. However, you can switch between plans from month to month.

If you are a multi-consult subscriber, simply submit your cases as you normally would, indicating that you are a subscription member. Your consultations will be tracked, and you will receive all-inclusive support as part of your plan.

  • A pay-per-consult option allows you to pay for individual consultations as needed, without committing to a monthly subscription. It includes a detailed case review, diagnosis, and treatment plan. However, follow-up advice, chemotherapy protocols, and handouts are charged separately.

  • I offer ongoing follow-up support for all cases we consult on. This includes adjustments to treatment plans, monitoring response to therapy, and addressing any new concerns that arise.
